    As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children with developmental disabilities reach their full potential. You will work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement personalized treatment plans.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and implement individualized service plans (ISPs)

    + Conduct ABA therapy sessions

    + Build positive relationships with clients and their families

    + Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services

    + Provide support and resources to clients and their families

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma required; college degree preferred

    + Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus

    + Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others

    + Effective communication skills

    + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    + Ability to work evenings between 3pm to 7pm Mon to Fri at a minimum of 15 hours weekly.
