    An Electro-Mechanical Technician job is available with a service client in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance. You will function as one of the Sr. Technician's at the customer site for a long-term maintenance contract. Must have AGV (Automated Guidance Vehicle) knowledge. and forklift experience on AGVs that are installed at the Cincinnati Ohio site location.

     

    2nd Shift: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and overtime.

    Responsibilities

    * Repair and maintenance of AGVs and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including calibrating sensors, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, hydraulics troubleshooting, etc.

    * Completes preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.

    * Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry (5V to 480V).

    * Create and close work orders into asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.

    * Troubleshoot AGV problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.

    * Locate and track spare parts from inventory.

    * Performs complex maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.

    * Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.

    * Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.

    * Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organizations.

    Requirements:

    * HS diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or vocational technical training preferred. Specialized skill training/certification preferred.

    * 3+ years of Electrical troubleshooting skills to include wiring, ac power, ac motors, electrical drawings/schematics, and control panels Mechanical maintenance experience with AGV equipment experience is preferred as well as drives, gearboxes, sprockets, chains, bearings, batteries, and other related equipment.

    * Knowledge of automated equipment; preferably automated material handling systems.

    * Preferred ability to interpret schematic, mechanical, electrical, ladder logic, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams

    * Some experience with DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, Ethernet, or equivalent network communications is a plus.

    * Must be able to evaluate and analyze, Semi-complex system/equipment performance data, perform root cause analysis, and recommend resolution of design-performance issues.
