    Overview:

    We are hiring a Quality Engineer to lead and support over New Product Introductions (NPIs) at our customer's AS9100-certified aerospace facility. This role will focus on APQP execution, FAIR documentation, and training junior QEs in defect reduction and continuous improvement. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Drive APQP deliverables for new aerospace components, including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and PPAP

    * Prepare and submit comprehensive FAIR packages for new and revised products

    * Train and mentor Quality Engineers on defect reduction using data analysis, RCCA, and project planning

    * Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet program targets

    * Utilize MS Office tools to document, present, and track quality engineering workstreams

    Required Qualifications:

    * 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.

    * Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.

    * Proficiency in APQP processes and tools, including FAIRs and RCCA

    * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

    * Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills

    * Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship required.
