    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Review and analyze company financial statements, revenue trends, cash flow reports, debt obligations.

    * Analyze the corporate structure and operations to ensure accurate accounting of all income and expenses; identify anomalies or gaps.

    * Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings.

    * Collaborate with operations, finance, legal and other key stakeholders.

    * Develop and implement strategies to prevent future financial controls.

    * Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

    * Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings, if required

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

    * Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in accounting; CPA or CFF preferred.

    * Minimum of 5+ years in forensic accounting.

    * Proficiency in accounting software and data analysis tools.

    * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

    * High level of integrity and attention to detail.

    * Experience with legal proceedings and providng expert testimony is a plus.
