    We're Hiring: Internal Audit Advisor

     

    Compensation: $54,000-72,000

     

    We offer a competitive starting wage that is based on a variety of factors, including the specific role, experience, qualifications, skill set, and education.

     

    Are you an accounting or finance professional with a keen eye for risk management and compliance? Lithia & Driveway is looking for an Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll conduct audits, assess controls, and support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance across our operations, including new acquisitions.

    What You’ll Do

    + Conduct audit fieldwork and assess key business processes

    + Provide verbal and written reports to control owners on risks and compliance

    + Support SOX program rollouts for new acquisitions

    + Work closely with external auditors on quarterly and annual audits

    + Research and report SOX deficiencies, performing additional testing as needed

    + Maintain knowledge of industry trends, auditing standards, and compliance requirements

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

    + CPA, CIA, or CFE certification (or working toward one)

    + Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

    + Excellent communication and time management abilities

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
