Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Quality Control Auditor is to ensure the accuracy and quality of orders picked for shipment through thorough auditing and verification processes.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Audit picked orders for part number, labeling, pre-packaging, and quantity using the following methods:

+ + Review manufacturer drawing and/or specification sheets

+ Verify part number marking on product

+ Cross-reference information in the system

+ Review picked location against order details

+ Utilize weigh scales or conduct hand counts as necessary

+ Document any discrepancies found during audits

+ Collaborate with picking personnel and supervisors to resolve discrepancies promptly

+ Audit and, if necessary, relabel Bulgin Blind Fulfillment orders

+ Prepare and print Certificates of Conformance for customer orders

+ Prepare moisture-sensitive products for shipment following specified guidelines

+ Assist picking personnel in implementing effective pre-packaging methods

+ Assist in picking customer orders during periods of high volume to maintain workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of proper picking processes and procedures

+ Basic ERP experience

+ Basic math skills

+ Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PDF Editor skills

+ Ability to interpret drawings

+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

+ MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 1130a-8p

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds

+ Ability to walk and stand up to 8 hours per day

Working Conditions:

+ Warehouse environment with moderate noise from power industrial trucks
