Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in the construction and/or service industries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing progress billing, drafting invoices (time and materials), reconciling discrepancies, monitoring AR aging, managing assigned collections, and collaborating with customers. Knowledge of NTOs and lien waivers is a significant plus. This is a fully in-office role.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare progress billings and draft accurate invoices based on time and materials.

+ Reconcile discrepancies and perform account adjustments as needed.

+ Monitor AR aging reports and actively manage assigned collections.

+ Work directly with customers to resolve billing inquiries effectively.

+ Manage documentation for NTOs and lien waivers (preferred).

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in billing, ideally within construction or service-based industries.

+ Strong understanding of progress billing, AR aging, and reconciliation.

+ Experience working with NTOs and lien waivers is a plus.

+ Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
