Description

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract opportunity in Bloomfield, New Jersey. This position offering a hybrid work model, requiring onsite presence two days a week and remote work for three days. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage customer tickets using the ticketing system effectively.

• Respond to product complaints, general inquiries, and e-commerce-related concerns.

• Provide support for website issues and seasonal Advent Calendar sales during peak months.

• Ensure seamless communication with customers through email correspondence and inbound calls.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and provide resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the system.

• Work independently after the completion of the training period to meet service goals.

Requirements • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in working with ticketing systems and e-commerce platforms.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently.

• Prior experience in customer service roles.

• Familiarity with handling email correspondence and inbound calls.
