    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious boutique law firm that is expanding and seeking a commercial real estate attorney with 4+ years' experience to join thriving South Florida firm. This attorney can work 100% remote from anywhere in South Florida and/or go into the office a few times a month.

    Experience:

    + Manage complex commercial real estate deals from inception to closing

    + Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents

    + Review due diligence materials including title, survey, and organizational documents

    + Collaborate with clients, lenders, and stakeholders throughout transactions

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Member of the Florida Bar and must currently reside in South Florida

    + 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience

    + Prior experience at a regional or national law firm required

    + Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills

    + Personable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
