Description We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the management and oversight of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property value enhancement. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily management and operations of commercial properties, ensuring tenant needs are met and property standards are upheld.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans for property improvements and value optimization.

• Communicate regularly with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Oversee property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

• Coordinate leasing activities, including tenant renewals and onboarding processes.

• Utilize property management software to maintain accurate records and reports.

• Support budgeting and financial planning efforts for assigned properties.

• Monitor vendor performance and manage service contracts to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client and tenant experience. Requirements • Valid real estate license in the state of Arizona.

• Proven experience in commercial property management or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

• Proficiency in property management software and related tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Certification such as ORG or AcoM preferred, or a willingness to obtain.
