Description We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in Edina, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position within the healthcare industry, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing environment. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming requests by creating and updating tickets in the system.

• Process and modify orders to meet operational requirements.

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of service-related issues.

• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Provide support in tracking and organizing service requests.

• Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

• Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges and improve processes.

• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure updates and progress.

• Utilize Word and Excel to manage documentation and reporting. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for documentation and data management.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in ticket creation and order processing.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Previous experience in a dispatcher or similar role is preferred.
