Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney in Arlington, Virginia, United States. The selected candidate will be entrusted with the duty of handling family law cases, engaging in negotiations, and advocating for clients. In addition, the candidate will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with sensitive family matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle family law cases with a comprehensive understanding of statutes, regulations, and procedures.

• Engage in negotiations and advocate for clients while demonstrating excellent communication skills.

• Operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Use Case Management Software and Adobe Acrobat for document management and conveyancing.

• Administer claims and handle complaints with a sense of professionalism and empathy.

• Utilize 3M for efficient briefing and civil litigation.

• Showcase experience in civil litigation while dealing with consumer electronics.

• Maintain a high level of compassion and empathy when dealing with sensitive family matters. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a VA Family Law Attorney

• Must have Civil Litigation Experience
