Description

We are looking for an experienced FP& A Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Grapevine, Texas. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide critical financial insights and support the development of key accounting and reporting processes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise in financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions. This is a 3-5 week contract assignment. 100% ONSITE in Grapevine, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Franchise Accounting Director to establish and refine financial reporting metrics.

• Assist in the development and optimization of the chart of accounts to improve financial tracking and analysis.

• Utilize NetSuite and other ERP solutions to enhance financial data management and reporting.

• Perform data mining and analysis to provide actionable financial insights to business units.

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and capital management plans.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in general ledger entries and reconciliations.

• Implement and manage Adaptive Insights for streamlined financial planning processes.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of budget processes across the organization.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making and operational efficiencies.

Requirements • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting functions.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite and other enterprise resource planning tools.

• Strong knowledge of data mining techniques and financial reporting processes.

• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tools.

• Familiarity with creating and managing charts of accounts and general ledger workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to manage annual budgeting and capital management processes.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
