**Cognizant Technology Solutions** is looking for a Senior LabVantage Consultant, who will be responsible for leading the implementation and customization of LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions. This role involves leading a team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and collaborating with clients to meet their specific needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical solutions for business demonstrating LabVantage features
+ Knowledge of GxP validation for LIMS
+ Solid grasp of Master Data building in LabVantage Pharma modules – Product Management, GQM, Stability Study in LabVantage 8 and above
+ Hands on knowledge on LabVantage LES
+ Drive demos with customers and incorporate feedback
+ Exposure to different regulatory guidelines like 21 CFR part11, Annexure 11 and GAMP5 etc.
+ Hands on experience of SQL, Java, Jasper Reports, Bartender Label
+ Nice to have knowledge of Agile models for LIMS projects. Experience with Jira, confluence.
Qualifications
+ Hands on knowledge of LabVantage 8 and above architecture, ELN/LES, standard modules, master data management, configuration, out-of-box data model
+ Hands on experience of LV SDMS
+ Strong hands-on experience as Business Analyst working with the business and IT and accordingly define solution in LV platform
+ Demonstrated experience of implementing LIMS projects as Team Lead with ability to collaborate closely with IT, Business, and Quality teams
Other Skills:
+ Good communication and presentation skills to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
+ Demonstrate the ability to work independently and handle various tasks optimally
+ Show a dedication to continuous learning and professional development
+ Must be detail oriented and able to run and maintain all facets of sophisticated assignments
+ Proficiency in engaging with multi-disciplinary teams.
Salary and Other Compensation** **:
Applications will be accepted until May 12th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
