Description We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Irvine, California. This is a Contract-to-ongoing position within the manufacturing industry, offering an exciting opportunity to shape and refine our talent strategy while driving innovative recruitment practices. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent and fostering a dynamic hiring culture that aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.

• Oversee recruitment goals and promote continuous improvement within hiring processes to enhance results.

• Utilize creative sourcing methods to establish pipelines for senior-level and executive candidates.

• Lead initiatives to strengthen employer branding and position the organization as an industry leader in talent acquisition.

• Conduct hiring needs analysis and provide forecasts to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process by optimizing workflows and leveraging innovative solutions.

• Drive the adoption of modern recruitment tools and strategies, including social media, diversity-focused outreach, and employer branding efforts.

• Manage partnerships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other third-party resources.

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to reduce hiring timelines and overall recruitment costs.

• Maintain and update job postings across various platforms, including BambooHR, LinkedIn, and other career sites. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years specializing in recruitment.

• HR certification, such as PHRca or similar, is highly desirable.

• Extensive knowledge of recruitment strategies, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and build collaborative relationships across teams.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• A detail-oriented approach and positive attitude, with an innate ability to connect with individuals.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as BambooHR, ATS platforms, and other hiring technologies. TalentMatch®
