UX/UI Designer

Duration: 3-Month Contract

Schedule: 40 hours/week

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer for a 3-month onsite contract role in Dallas, TX (75240). You’ll be joining a collaborative team focused on creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can translate ideas into clean, functional interfaces.

Day in the Life:

+ Collaborate closely with developers and fellow designers to translate concepts into wireframes and prototypes

+ Design modern, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications

+ Prioritize usability, accessibility, and seamless user experiences in all designs

+ Participate in user research and feedback sessions to iterate on designs

Requirements

UX/UI Designer

Top 3 Must-Haves:

+ Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch

+ A strong portfolio showcasing UI design and component systems

+ Demonstrated experience designing for both web and mobile platforms

Preferred Experience:

+ Experience creating scalable design systems

+ Familiarity with front-end development processes to enable effective collaboration with engineers

+ Previous work in Agile or fast-paced environments

Skills & Tools:

+ Wireframing & prototyping (Figma, XD, Sketch)

+ Visual design & branding (Adobe CS)

+ Cross-functional team collaboration

+ Tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms
