Responsibilities:

+ Front-end Development: Designing user interfaces, building interactive elements, and ensuring a user-friendly experience.

+ Back-end Development: Developing server-side logic, creating APIs, and managing databases.

+ Full Stack Development: Working on both the front-end and back-end, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

+ Testing and Debugging: Thoroughly testing code, identifying and fixing bugs, and ensuring the application's stability.

+ Collaboration: Working with product managers, graphic designers, and other developers to bring ideas to life.

+ Maintenance and Updates: Maintaining and updating existing systems, addressing issues, and implementing improvements.

+ Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of new technologies and best practices in web development.

Skills:

+ Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.

+ Back-end: Programming languages like Python, Java, PHP, Node.js.

+ Databases: SQL, NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

+ APIs: Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.

+ Software Development Lifecycle: Understanding of SDLC processes.

+ Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in testing methodologies and debugging tools.

+ Version Control: Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.

+ Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other teams.

+ Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Example Tasks:

+ Building a new feature:

+ Designing the front-end interface, writing the back-end logic, and testing the functionality.

+ Fixing a bug:

+ Identifying the root cause of a bug, implementing a solution, and testing the fix.

+ Deploying a new version of the application:

+ Preparing the code, setting up the environment, and deploying the application to a server.

+ Creating a new API endpoint:

+ Designing the API, writing the back-end code, and documenting the API for use by other developers.

+ Optimizing the performance of a website:

+ Analyzing website performance, implementing optimizations, and testing the changes.
