Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead financial forecasting efforts, creating detailed models to project revenue, expenses, and market trends using Microsoft Excel (advanced functions including pivot tables, macros, and financial modeling).

+ Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with both short-term operational goals and long-term strategic plans.

+ Perform variance analyses to identify risks and opportunities, presenting key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

+ Collaborate with project managers to drive profitability analyses for individual construction projects, ensuring budgets and job costings are adhered to.

+ Streamline reporting processes using ERP tools like SAP or Oracle, and provide leadership with comprehensive dashboards and metrics.

+ Support M& A activities by supplying financial due diligence reports and integrating acquired entities into financial frameworks as needed.

+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), improving processes and automating workflows to support efficiency and strategic outcomes.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required; MBA or CPA designation highly preferred.

+ 5+ years of professional finance and accounting experience, preferably in construction or real estate.

+ Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel expertise.

+ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to guide non-financial stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
