Description
We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager II to oversee the successful execution of projects and programs from start to finish. Based in San Francisco, CA, this Hybrid contract position focuses on managing deadlines, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and delivering comprehensive updates to senior leadership. The role demands a proactive leader capable of driving results while collaborating with diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all phases of project and program management, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
• Define project timelines, assign roles and responsibilities, and monitor progress against established goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to communicate status, challenges, and achievements.
• Lead and guide team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Implement compliance protocols and quality assurance measures to uphold industry standards.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and refine procedures and practices to optimize project outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track metrics, analyze data, and support decision-making.
• Apply creativity and innovation to overcome challenges and achieve project goals.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of proven experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of industry practices, compliance protocols, and quality assurance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Expertise in planning, coordination, and progress monitoring.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with creativity and adaptability.
• Experience in preparing detailed reports and conducting audits.
