The Help Desk Technician will provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.     + Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.

    + Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.

    + Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, applications, and peripheral devices.

    + Escalate complex problems to appropriate IT staff or vendors.

    + Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.

    + Support users in-person, remotely, and through remote desktop tools.

    + Ensure timely follow-up on open tickets and maintain SLA standards.

    Requirements

    + 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.

    + Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common enterprise applications.

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + A customer-focused mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
