    We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Fixed Asset Manager to join our team based in The Woodlands, Texas. As a Fixed Asset Manager, your key responsibilities will revolve around managing and transforming our accounting processes, with a particular focus on fixed assets, inventory valuation, and CAPEX planning. This role is instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting company-wide initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee fixed asset tracking and ensure accurate inventory valuation

    • Lead and manage the transition to a new ERP system

    • Drive process standardization and improve controls within the finance department

    • Develop and implement CAPEX planning strategies

    • Foster collaboration across supply chain, finance, and operations teams

    • Deliver insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision making

    • Cultivate strong relationships across teams and support company-wide initiatives

    • Oversee the management and development of a team of analysts

    • Challenge and transform outdated processes within the accounting department

    • Lead operational leadership with strategic process improvement initiatives.

     

    Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

     

    • Proficiency in managing fixed assets is a must.

    • Exceptional knowledge of capitalization is necessary.

    • Experience in CapEx is highly desirable.

    • Ability to handle annual inventory tasks efficiently is required.

    • Skills in asset inventory management are essential.

    • Familiarity with fixed asset systems and software is required.
