Description We are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will focus on diagnosing and resolving performance issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring system stability. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen attention to detail and expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing technical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues to ensure stability and efficiency.

• Implement performance enhancements and indexing optimizations to improve overall functionality.

• Analyze database bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance performance.

• Create detailed documentation of findings and communicate effectively with internal teams.

• Work independently to prioritize and complete tasks within tight deadlines.

• Identify and address slow queries and inefficiencies in indexing.

• Conduct hands-on troubleshooting in production environments to resolve technical problems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational goals.

• Utilize expertise in performance tuning to optimize system operations. Requirements • Proficiency in technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, and Linux.

• Experience with cloud platforms and iOS applications.

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Apple devices.

• Knowledge of backup solutions and computer hardware.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight timeframes.

• Hands-on experience in production troubleshooting and performance optimization.
