Description
Growing global organization located in the Philadelphia Suburbs seeks a Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator who can assist with order follow-up, provide administrative support, discuss price quotes, and assist with warehouse activities. This dual-role is also responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate customer records and coordinating with internal departments to facilitate timely and accurate delivery of products and services. The ideal Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator must be detail-oriented, organized, possess great problem-solving skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Initiate customer quotes from sales team
• Maintain organized sales records
• Process orders according to customer requirements
• Contract Management
• Provide customers with detailed order follow-up
• Ensure efficient, timely delivery of products/services
• Resolve customer complaints
• Assist with monthly goal setting
• Sales analysis reporting
• Inventory analysis
• Assist with auditing process
• Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
The ideal Customer Service Representative/Sales Coordinator will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Customer Service Representative role include and are not limited to:
• 2+ year of Customer Service and/or Admin experience
• Solid Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
