We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering critical financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and modeling, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support organizational goals and initiatives.

• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and other key metrics.

• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

• Analyze pricing strategies and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.

• Generate ad hoc reports and insights to address specific business questions and challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide actionable financial insights.

• Support financial planning and analysis (FP& A) activities, including variance analysis and performance tracking.

• Identify trends and anomalies in data to aid in strategic decision-making processes.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data used in reporting and analysis.

• Contribute to process improvements and the development of efficient reporting tools.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.

• Strong knowledge of budget processes and financial planning.

• Experience in financial modeling and pricing analysis.

• Ability to produce high-quality ad hoc reports and analyses.

• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP& A) principles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.

• Effective communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.
