    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Sales Coordinator to join our team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic insurance agency.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage telemarketing activities to identify new clients and promote insurance products effectively.

    • Assist with inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients.

    • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    • Support sales efforts by maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking client interactions.

    • Organize and execute administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

    • Participate in on-site training sessions to gain in-depth knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.

    • Handle inquiries from clients and prospects professionally, addressing concerns and offering solutions.

    • Generate reports and maintain records to support organizational goals.

    • Contribute to the agency's marketing efforts, including banner ad creation and Salesforce campaigns.

    Requirements

    • Telemarketing and/or sales experience

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.

    • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage client data.

    • Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally.

    • Proficiency in calendar management and organizational tools.

    • Familiarity with marketing activities, including banner ads and campaign coordination.

    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment.

    • Willingness to participate in training sessions and adapt to industry-specific requirements.

    • High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
