    What You’ll Do

     

    As an SCW Analyst, you will directly support John Deere’s Smart Connected Warehouse initiative and revolutionize warehouse management processes to improve efficiency and technology adoption. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Providing production support for modernized warehouse solutions, including deploying new capabilities.

    + Creating training documentation for both office and warehouse staff.

    + Conducting in-person end-user training and supporting system implementations.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For (Required Skills/Experience)

     

    + 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Engineering functions.

    + Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

     

    What Sets You Apart (Preferred Skills/Experience)

     

    + Experience with SAP, SQL, or Python.

    + Background in data analysis and technical tool adoption.

    + 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or similar operational setting.

    + Engineering background relevant to operations support.

    + Experience training personnel in processes and best practices.

    Education

    A degree (or equivalent experience) in one of the following is preferred:

    + Engineering/Technology discipline (4-year degree or equivalent).

    + Business/Management discipline (4-year degree or equivalent).
