    Responsibilities

    What You'll Do:

    + Be the Creative Spark: Translate client visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing restaurant designs using CAD and Revit software.

    + Precision is Key: Meticulously review Architectural Questionnaires (AQs) to ensure quotes and drawings are aligned.

    + Communication is King: Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life.

    + Data Doesn't Lie: Collect accurate measurements and critical jobsite data to ensure smooth project execution.

    + From Plans to Reality: Generate detailed cut-books that complement your designs.

    + Embrace the Challenge: Tackle diverse projects and contribute to our company's growth.

     

    Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

    Who We're Looking For:

    + Proven experience in restaurant design and construction documentation.

    + Proficiency in CAD and Revit software (min 2 years exp).

    + Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

    + A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.

    + The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Must reside within 25 miles of Agawam, MA.
