As a Sr. HR Investigator in the greater LER function, you will be reporting directly to the US&C Investigations Manager. In this role you will perform routine and complex internal investigations of misconduct or defiance of policies and internal code of conduct. You will perform interviews both remote and face to face, review documents, communications, digital evidence, and other sources of information to thoroughly complete investigations.
You will be required to prepare clear and concise investigation reports (in our HR Acuity system) based upon findings and conclusions. You will act as a subject matter expert and own BCIR governance for regional HR in an assigned region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct interviews
• Gather relevant information
• Prepare investigative reports
• Manage and protect confidential information
• Teach investigative skills
• Work with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders
• Provide briefings
• Participate in and lead special projects as needed.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of data analytics and/or project management experience

• HR, Law, and Investigation experience is a plus
• Maturity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information
