Utility Dispatcher Analyst

As a Utility Dispatcher Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey.
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out of our Raleigh, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
+ Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring that our customers receive world-class service and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze dispatch data to identify trends and patterns
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient dispatch operations
• Work with Inventory Production Reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of dispatch and field operations

YOU MUST HAVE
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Work Order Management Systems
• Basic Power Bi and Excel
