Warehouse Associate – Yard Operations (Bilingual Preferred)

**Schedule:** Full-Time | 5 Days/Week | 8-Hour Shifts | Monday–Saturday | Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible Availability Required)

Are you ready to be a key player in a fast-moving logistics environment? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team, focusing on yard and parking operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure our contractors are in compliance with all yard and vehicle requirements, contributing to a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Monitor contractor parking, ensuring all vehicles are parked correctly in assigned areas.

+ Audit trucks to verify the display of valid parking permits, DOT and MC numbers, and business identifiers.

+ Inspect trucks for visible safety concerns or operational issues.

+ Maintain cleanliness and safety of the parking lot by ensuring it’s free of debris.

+ Support warehouse operations including:

+ Assisting with inbound and outbound freight processes.

+ Reading and interpreting shipping documents and orders.

+ Helping manage inventory, perform counts, and assemble products as needed.

+ Handling check-in calls with drivers and verifying delivery data.

+ Coordinating timely and accurate shipments and deliveries.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in an outdoor setting.

+ Flexibility to work varied shifts within the 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM window, Monday through Saturday.

+ Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

+ Ability to lift, move, push, or pull items weighing up to 75 lbs.

+ Basic computer literacy and communication skills.

+ Previous warehouse or dock experience, particularly in freight or logistics, is a plus.

+ Familiarity with handheld scanning devices is beneficial.

**Pay Details:** $17.50 to $18.00 per hour
