About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll be at the heart of our operations, contributing to the production, inspection, and finishing of essential medical device implants such as plates, pins, and rods. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure we uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

+ Participate in production, inspection, and finishing processes.

+ Utilize gauges for precise measurements.

+ Conduct visual inspections to identify quality defects.

+ Complete documentation in compliance with FDA requirements.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

+ Stand for the duration of your shift (8-12 hours).

+ Be available for potential 10-hour days, weekends, or holidays for overtime when needed on short notice.

Requirements:

+ Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

+ Reliable daily transportation to and from work is essential.

+ **Training Period:** First shift for approximately 2-4 weeks: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm (first day arrival time 7:40am).

+ **2nd Shift Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm.

+ **3rd Shift Schedule:** Sunday night to Friday morning, 10pm-6am.

Pay Rates:

+ **1st Shift:** $ 17.00/hr.

+ **2nd Shift:** $ 17.50/hr.

+ **3rd Shift:** $ 17.75/hr.

**Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
