    **Location:** Mason, MI

    Shift Options:

    + **2nd Shift:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM ($1/hour shift differential)

    + **3rd Shift:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM ($0.50/hour shift differential)

    + **Potential for Regular Overtime**

    Pay Rates:

    + **Base Pay:** $20-$26 per hour

    + **Overtime Pay:** $22.55-$29.70 per hour (1.5x pay for hours worked over 40)

    + **Weekly Pay:** $1,127.50 - $1,485.00 (before overtime)

    Benefits:

    + **Performance/Merit Pay Increases:** Potential for 2 increases per year (January & July)

    + **Paid Time Off (PTO):** 12 paid holidays, 2 weeks of PTO in the first year

    **Job Responsibilities:** As a Die Setter, you will:

    + Collaborate with the tooling and production teams to prepare and set dies on the bolster.

    + Clean dies both in the press and after production runs.

    + Transport dies to the tooling area for maintenance.

    + Ensure dies are opened and properly serviced.
