    Schedule:** **Friday – Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Pay Rate:** **$** **19.00/hour

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + Set up and operate machinery like lathes, grinders, and drills

    + Monitor automated systems and make real-time adjustments

    + Inspect parts to meet strict quality standards

    + Read and follow blueprints and production orders

    + Load materials manually or using hoists

    + Replace worn machine parts and perform light maintenance

    + Keep workspaces clean and report major issues to supervisors

    What We’re Looking For

    + Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with machine tools

    + Comfort reading blueprints and instructions

    + Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset

    + Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments

    Minimum Requirements

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 0–2 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
