About the Team
The New Verticals Implementation Team is at the forefront of building DoorDash’s next big line of business. We play a critical role in forging strong, lasting partnerships with merchants by guiding them through every step of their onboarding journey. From initial setup to full-scale launch, we ensure a seamless and successful transition onto the DoorDash platform.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Associate who’s passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our merchants. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end onboarding process—from supporting the sales handoff to go-live, and providing post-launch reviews and operational guidance. Your efforts will directly contribute to our merchants’ success and DoorDash’s growth in new markets.
You’ll report to the Implementation Team Lead on the New Verticals team, where you’ll have direct access to all you’ll need to grow your career to the next level. This role offers flexibility between remote and in-office work, with occasional travel required for in-person collaboration—including trainings, team offsites, business meetings, and other key events.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
+ Tackle one of e-commerce’s toughest challenges: managing thousands of unique items with limited existing data.
+ Be the go-to project manager for merchants throughout the entire onboarding lifecycle.
+ Collaborate daily with merchants, ensuring their launch is smooth and successful—from late-stage sales to post-launch optimization.
+ Influence process improvements that enhance efficiency and scale implementation best practices.
We’re excited about you because…
+ You bring 2–3 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
+ You have a proven track record of building relationships and delivering results directly with customers.
+ You are comfortable with technology and have some experience with POS systems, Open APIs, or SFTP integrations.
+ You are a strong communicator, a self-starter, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
