    Job Title: Recruiter IJob Description

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and professional Recruiter I to join our team in SAN13-CO. This is a temporary position with a duration of 6 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process.

    + Source, screen, and interview candidates to match qualifications with job requirements.

    + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.

    + Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the VMS system.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the recruitment process.

    + Provide excellent candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

    + Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and VMS systems.

    + Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    + Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

    + Experience working within a contingent workforce program.

    Work Environment

    The position is located in SAN13-CO. This role requires working in an office environment with standard office hours. The dress code is business casual. Candidates must ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
