Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician (PLC)

Job Description

This position requires added abilities in PLC troubleshooting within a large industrial bakery that specializes in breads. We are currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

+ PLC troubleshooting

+ Measure current on wires using voltmeters

+ Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot systems

+ Change/rebuild machinery, sensors, relays, chains, and conveyor motors

Essential Skills

+ Experience as a maintenance technician

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics

+ Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

+ Experience with PLCs and PLC troubleshooting

+ Knowledge of automation systems

+ Mechanical skills including hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance

+ Ability to speak and explain in English with team members and read manuals

+ Experience with 3-phase motors

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with machine rebuilds

Work Environment

All Industrial Maintenance Mechanics must be able to work rotating shifts. They will work the same days on the 3rd shift for 8 weeks and then rotate. For example, for the first 8 weeks, they will have a Monday to Friday schedule, then rotate to a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. The shift hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The facility is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a maintenance team of 18 members, supporting production around the clock.

This is a Permanent position based out of Miami, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
