Job Title: Research Finance and Administration Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Finance and Administration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities

+ Analyze financial data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

+ Develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify potential issues.

+ Create and utilize pivot tables and various formulas in Excel to organize, analyze, and visualize data.

+ Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial documents and reports.

+ Develop financial reports and dashboards that align with organizational goals.

+ Lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and effective task delegation.

+ Make timely and effective decisions under pressure.

+ Adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems efficiently.

+ Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

+ Build strong interpersonal relationships within the team and with external collaborators.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and preparing financial statements.

+ Proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing software.

+ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

+ Familiarity with FASB requirements.

Work Environment

This role requires on-site presence to build relationships, boost morale, encourage the team, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $51.00/hr.
