Warehouse Associate

Overview:

As a Shipping Associate, you will be responsible for picking and staging orders for shipment to customers. You will verify the accuracy of shipments against the Bill of Lading (BOL) and ensure that all items are correctly loaded onto the truck. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

+ Pick and stage orders for shipment to customers.

+ Verify shipment accuracy against the Bill of Lading (BOL).

+ Load trucks with the correct orders, ensuring secure and efficient placement.

+ Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.

+ Process shipping documentation such as packing lists and shipping labels.

+ Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Essential Skills:

+ Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.

+ Ability to work on their feet all day.

+ Ability to read, write, and speak English.

+ High School Diploma.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
