Job Description
+ We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Labor Compliance Specialist to join our team.
+ The ideal candidate will have a strongbackgroundin managing certified payroll records, ensuring subcontractor compliance, and overseeing labor compliance processes.
+ This role is fully remote.
Responsibilities
+ Submit Certified Payroll Records on a weekly basis and review subcontractor submissions into the labor compliance platform (LCPtracker).
+ Review each Certified Payroll Report in LCPtracker, confirm all required documentation is received, issue notifications to subcontractors regarding deficiencies, alert field teams of subcontractor non-compliance, and make recommendations for withholding payment.
+ Manage the subcontractor setup process in the labor compliance platform, including issuing welcome packets, adding subcontractors to LCPtracker, assigning them to projects, and ensuring all major scope subcontractors are assigned to projects under construction.
+ Assist the team with drafting site-specific Project Determination Summaries.
+ Identify wage tables that need to be created or updated in LCPtracker, coordinate with the team to create wage tables, and assign them to projects.
+ Assist with adding new users to LCPtracker.
+ Oversee the labor compliance general email inbox, respond to subcontractor inquiries, and screen/assign emails to various team members as needed.
+ Act as a liaison between third-party consultants, subcontractors, and the Labor Compliance Team.
+ Maintain a subcontractor compliance log for each project to track labor compliance, used by Project Managers to determine eligibility for invoice approvals.
+ Resolve certified payroll reporting inquiries from internal and external clients.
+ Assist with external certified payroll audits and other third-party requests.
+ Attend compliance meetings and trainings specialized in IRA Bill compliance, DOL payroll training, and apprenticeship requirements.
+ Understand contractual obligations to effectively audit incoming certified payroll documents.
+ Provide monthly compliance summaries for each project, used by the Labor Compliance Administrator for validation of third-party consultant invoices prior to invoice approval.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in LCPtracker.
+ Experience with certified payroll.
+ 2+ years of experience in LCPtracker, preferably as a 'Prime Contractor Administrator' or similar.
+ 2+ years of experience reviewing certified payroll and managing prevailing wage compliance processes.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
