    + **Logistics Coordination:** Coordinate materials and logistics for smooth operations.

    + **Performance Monitoring:** Track and enhance performance and productivity.

    + **Innovation & Satisfaction:** Support production innovation and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    + **Supervise Team:** Lead and motivate team members.

    + **Manage Operations:** Handle daily operations and scheduling.

    + **Ensure Quality:** Maintain high-quality standards.

    + **Improve Efficiency:** Implement cost reduction and process enhancements.

    + **Optimize Productivity:** Streamline work sequencing.

    + **Resolve Issues:** Address materials and logistics challenges.

    + **Monitor Performance:** Track and improve performance metrics.

    + **Innovate Processes:** Drive production process innovation.

    + **Customer Interaction:** Interface with customers to ensure satisfaction.

    Essential Skills:

    + **Experience:** 3+ years of management experience in manufacturing.

    + **Technical Proficiency:** Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access.

    + **Project Management:** Skilled in project management and profit/loss analysis.

    + **Continuous Improvement:** Strong experience in production planning and continuous improvement.

    + **Leadership:** Proven leadership development skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + **Education:** HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.

    + **Advanced Skills:** Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access.

    + **Analytical & Strategic:** Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

    + **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with SQL databases and PFEP.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
