**Position Overview: Currently hiring for a** **dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler** to join our team. This role is essential in **pulling customer orders, organizing materials, and assisting the burn table operator** . Key Responsibilities:

+ **Pull customer orders** based on invoices and tickets.

+ **Assist the burn table operator** in retrieving and preparing materials.

+ **Reorganize and move materials** in the 'monkey racks' to optimize storage.

+ **Use the company’s color system** to organize raw materials by thickness.

+ **Load and unload trucks** while assisting customers with order pickups.

+ **Prioritize and fulfill orders accurately** to maintain workflow efficiency.

+ **Communicate with management** regarding order status and daily tasks.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

+ Experience in **warehouse operations and material handling** .

+ Ability to **accurately use a tape measure** for material preparation.

+ Proficiency in **operating warehouse equipment such as overhead cranes or forklifts** .

+ General labor experience in **loading and machine operation** .

+ **Valid driver’s license** required.

+ Ability to **see all colors** and **lift up to 50 lbs** regularly.

Requirements/Qualifications:

+ **1+ years** of labor-intensive work experience (carpentry, construction, mechanical).

+ **Must have at least 2+ years** of job longevity in previous positions. ****Tenure is key****

+ Experience in **military, building maintenance, or handling product variations/measurements** .

Work Environment:

+ Large, **loud warehouse** with heavy steel materials and overhead crane operations.

+ Exposure to **hot and cold conditions** depending on the season.

+ Small, specialized team ( **15-20 members** ) working independently within product areas.

+ **Shift:** Monday-Friday, **7:00 AM - 4:00 PM** .

+ **Dress code:** Jeans, steel-toed boots, and work-appropriate attire for safety.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
