Class B CDL Driver

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Class B CDL Drivers for 1st shift positions. The ideal candidates will be responsible for city driving and must be willing to unload freight.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a 29-foot box truck within a 250-mile radius from headquarters, covering Tristate areas from New Hampshire to Virginia.

+ Unload freight using manual pallet jack; touch freight and heavy lifting required.

+ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.

+ Provide excellent customer service while facing clients.

+ Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.

Essential Skills

+ Valid CDL Class B license.

+ Minimum 6 months of driving experience with CDL.

+ Proficiency in operating box trucks.

+ Ability to lift and move heavy freight.

+ Strong customer service skills.

+ Fluency in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience using a manual pallet jack.

+ Familiarity with city driving routes.

+ Willingness to work early morning shifts starting at 4, 4:30, or 5 AM.

Work Environment

This position involves driving a 29-foot box truck within a 250-mile radius from headquarters, covering areas from New Hampshire to Virginia. The workweek is Monday to Friday with 10-12 hour shifts starting between 4 AM and 5 AM. The job is complete when the route is finished. Drivers must handle touch freight, heavy lifting, and use a manual pallet jack. Fluency in English and strong customer service skills are mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
