    Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

    Job Description

    The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and success of our Drives product lines. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, close cooperation with product development, providing hands-on support to the manufacturing team, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our products meet market demands and company goals. Our products serve a broad range of exciting industries, including Aerospace & Defense, Factory Automation, Robotics, and Medical.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee the development, management, and success of Drives product lines.

    + Conduct strategic planning and market analysis.

    + Collaborate closely with product development teams.

    + Provide hands-on support to the manufacturing team.

    + Ensure products meet market demands and company goals.

    + Work directly with various functional groups.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a manufacturing support environment.

    + 1-3 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.

    + Experience with CAD software design (e.g. AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor, or Pro-Engineer).

    + Strong electrical, mechanical, and controls background required to troubleshoot systems, machinery, and test equipment.

    + 2 years of experience with electric motors and/or rotating machinery.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Self-starter attitude.

    + Experience with Oracle.

    Work Environment

    Manufacturing environment with a 24/5 operation schedule; could require more than a 40-hour work week. The campus includes four plants with a total of 600 employees. The testing team consists of 5-15 employees, including designers, engineers, and technicians. The role involves cross-functional work with all teams. The company values long tenures and has an average tenure of 19.5 years.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $52.88/hr.
