    Quality Technician

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products with very low tolerances.

    + Create inspection reports prior to shipment.

    + Oversee production strategies and work towards scrap reduction.

    + Inspect all parts before shipment.

    + Complete daily press audits for machine capability.

    + Conduct PPAP studies with the continuous improvement coordinator and quality manager.

    + Enter data for scrap and PPAP studies.

    + Repair precision gauges such as micrometers and calipers.

    + Perform quarterly cell audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.

    + Assist in ensuring process improvement.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior experience with ISO standards

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
