Job Title: Installer

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and self-directed Fence Installers to join our Lincoln team of industry professionals. A CDL and experience in construction are preferred but not required—we can teach you fencing with our industry-leading fence certification program. Our Fence Installers take pride in a job well-done and are vital team members who help ensure each project is completed with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

+ Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks on construction sites

+ Use hand and power tools proficiently

+ Assist in fence installation and repair

+ Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed correctly and on-time

+ Always adhere to safety regulations and policies

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Essential Skills

+ Construction experience

+ General labor skills

+ Mechanical aptitude

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools

+ Experience in fence installation and repair

+ Capability to perform heavy lifting

+ Leadership development skills

+ Ability to stand and bend for long periods

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ CDL preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
