    Production Team Member

    + **Shifts: 5x8 Days 6:30 am to 3:15 pm 4x10 Nights 6:30 pm to 5:15 am**

    + **Overtime and Saturday shifts based on business need**

    + Wage increase starting: $22.00 plus $0.80 rotation premium

    + 4-Year Grow-In

    + Top Out: $35.03

    Positions Include:

    Press, Weld, Paint, Assembly, Quality Control, and Conveyance

    You will be required to perform physically demanding manufacturing duties which include but are not limited to:

    + Standing and walking 8 hours per day

    + Performing repetitive work motions and find hand manipulation/motor skills

    + Moderate lifting up to 20 pounds unassisted

    + Safely using air/power/vibrating tools and machinery

    + Working with small vehicle components
