**Classification** : Seasonal \- Start Date May 15, 2025 and ending September 2, 2025

**Shift:** Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays\.

**Pay Rate:**  The pay rate for this role is $20\.76 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.

Overview:

Team Members who encompass the role of Ocean Club Concierge & Membership Ambassador take the initiative to deliver a unique and memorable experience by providing a wide range of services that makes the transaction feel like a part of an elevated experience for all guests and Members\.

What will I be doing?

+ Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities\.

+ Contact appropriate individual or department \(e\.g\., Bellperson, Housekeeping\) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem\. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks\. Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well\-being of guests\.

+ Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction\.

+ Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly\.

+ Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs\.

+ Communicate VIP arrivals and acknowledge any and all Member/ Owners of the Resort\.

+ Greet guests and determine the number in their party\. Seat guests based on server rotation and cover count and by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest, etc\.

+ Guide guests through the dining rooms and Buffet, providing any needed assistance\.

+ Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean\-as\-you\-go procedures\. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests\.

+ All other duties as assigned\.
