What You Will Do** **:

Our Software Engineers are experienced professionals who provide software engineering expertise to our clients. They work directly with teammates and our National Security clients to execute the following job responsibilities:

+ Lead and drive the technical development and deployment of workflows (e.g., approvals, business logic, etc.) within the Collibra platform within a mission-enabling organizational component.

+ Operate within a highly collaborative, client-facing team to ensure that technical development efforts are tightly aligned with component objectives and broader initiatives.

+ Utilize demonstrated experience with implementing user-friendly workflows and enhancing the overall user experience.

+ Sustain a commitment to proactiveness, initiative, and a willingness to learn and lead in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and requirements.

+ Leverage familiarity with data governance and management practices.

What You Will Need** **:

+ An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal with DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Science or a similar technical field

+ TEN (10) or more years of experience implementing software development practices to include Agile and Scrum

+ Experience in Front-End Development

+ Experience with AWS

What Would Be Nice to Have:

+ Master's degree

+ Prior consulting experience with federal government customers

+ Leadership-level communications polish and briefing skills

+ Strong strategic communications and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate with autonomy

+ External experience with structured, strategic communications initiatives
