    Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to join the Modern Workplace Team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, CoPilot, and other related technologies. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, management, and support of our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction. We are seeking someone whose expertise and experience will ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and productivity across the organization to help drive initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.

    + Configure and manage CoPilot to enhance user productivity and streamline workflows.

    + Manage and support solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

    + Collaborate with other IT professionals, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.

    + Collaborate with Technology Training team to drive adoption and maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365, Teams, CoPilot, and the Power Platform.

    + Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for Microsoft 365, Teams, CoPilot, and the Power Platform.

    Typical Education

    Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

    Relevant Experience

    + 3+ years of proven industry experience as a Microsoft 365 and Teams Engineer or similar role.

    + Understanding of or familiarity with Microsoft 365 governance policies, including data retention, eDiscovery, and compliance reporting.

    + Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and cloud computing.

    + Experience with CoPilot and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + Ability to provide training and support to end-users.
