    Job Description

    Cintas is looking for an Intern to join our Corporate Health & Safety Department and provide valuable support in various data-related tasks. This internship offers exposure to a wide range of data sets and challenges, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and process improvement for the Corporate Safety Team. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments, helping you develop key skills in leadership, organization, communication, and technical ergonomics.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    + Assisting with the development and running of data reports, analyzing data, and helping to maintain customer database requirements in contractor databases.

    + Actively seeks opportunities to expand knowledge and skills within the discipline. Attends trainings and other educational opportunities to obtain knowledge in relevant areas.

    + Assists partners in multiple departments with the preparation and execution of activities on assigned projects.

    + Learns to understand and apply industry standards and company policies.

    + May perform clerical duties such as note taking, maintaining files, coping, faxing, etc.

    Skills/Qualifications

    Required:

    + High school diploma/GED

    + Is a second year, third-year or senior in college or is currently pursuing a master’s degree or higher

    + Coursework in Data Analysis, Business, or Safety

    Preferred:

    + Data Science academic major

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and intranet/internet

    + A leadership/management role in campus or related extracurricular activities

    + Availability to start May 1
